Due to unforeseen circumstances, beyond our control, the 2010 Euro trip has been postponed.

This has left some of the euro trip participants with time/holiday time on their hands.

So I suggest that we take a trip to the wildest parts of Scotland wild camping/camp sites.

We will endeavour to make it around the coast of Scotland anti clockwise, (john o’Groats) wild camping where we can and site camping when we need facilities.

Both Judith and me will be going, and due to one of the unforeseen problems, we will be taking Matthew and Joshua (sons) with us (dam!) (This means, we would prefer wild camping, as it’s free.

All you need is a tent, sleeping bag, some petrol/food money and a reliable bike or recovery service. Oh! And a CAMERA, as the scenery is stunning.

The trip will be leaving on Saturday 7th August and returning Sat/Sun 14/15th August.

If you are interested in joining the trip, please post a reply as soon as possible, so you can be added to the list.

ASAP please.

Have fun.
Doing something similar leaving on the 20th.
Up the west via Loch Lomond, Applecross and Kylesku, then Tongue and JoG.
Fingers crossed the sun shines for you and the midges aren't too bad. Don't forget your insect repellent, as you WILL need it.

If my trip hadn't been organised for the last 6 months or so, I'd have come on this one. Been itching to do it for ages now.
Did the RBLR back in June and loved every minute of it, passed my old stomping grounds up in the highlands.
